Purchased in summer of 2021 and it's had very little use. It's kept in a 40 x 60 garage, so stored out of the weather. I would guess it was taken out for less than ten times over the past two plus years. It's a great trailer and I had no issues with it. I don't plan to use the trailer that much in the future, so it doesn't make sense to contine to own it. A couple upgrades; 1) 4 6 volt batteries, 2) backup camera, 3) Duratrain protective coating, 4) will include Equalizer Sway Control Hitch, 5) Solar panels. Extended warranty (Protective warranty (7 yr) - buyer can purchase the remaining contract, if interested.
