2022 Grand Design Reflection 150 Series 278BH for sale. Great condition, always covered. This RV is perfect for a family. It is the shortest bunkhouse 5th wheel on the market. The bunks measure 56"x74", and there is a wardrobe closet. There is a large storage bay in the rear beneath the bunks, as well as pass through storage in the front, and an outdoor fridge and stove (all of these doors are metal slam latch and well insulated. The front storage bay (near pinbox) is ample and is great for tools, etc. The 8 cu ft fridge is 2 way (propane/electric), and the RV is solar prepped. an 80" u-shape dinette converts into a bed, along with a tri fold sofa. There is a 40" smart TV above the counter facing the couch and Dinette. The Kitchen has ample cabinets and a large single bowl stainless sink. A microwave hood combo is above the 3 burner gas cook top, and a gas oven is below. 6 large drawers are next to the oven below the counter and TV. The stairs lead to the good sized bathroom, with a 30"x36" shower with glass doors. I am 6'1 185 and never had a problem fitting in the shower. The toilet bowl is ceramic, and has a foot flush. A towel storage cabinet is above the toilet, along with a medicine cabinet above the sink. The bedroom features a true 60x80 queen bed, which we added a mattress topper to. We also mounted a 32" smart tv on the wall. Across from the bed is a large mirrored wardrobe closet with 4 large drawers. The Camp side features a 20' electric awning, LP quick connect, and a outdoor fridge with a 2 burner gas grill. The left front storage bay contains the nautilis all in 1 docking station, which makes hookups easy. This is a 50amp rv with a single 15k ducted AC and a 30k BTU furnace. The propane powered water heater is tankless. Fresh water tank holds 55 gallons, total gray = 78 gallons (2 tanks) and black tank is 39 gallons. I have several other camping items that I will be selling with the rv or separately, including a B&W companion hitch with Ford OEM pucks, a campchef explorer stove with griddle and bbq box, several electrical adapters, hoses, Progressive EMS system, etc. Clean title in hand all ready to go camping.
