This 5th wheel has only been used 9 times. I am only selling it because my truck was totalled. It is a beautiful camper that is in excellent condition. I towed this camper with a 2007 Toyota Tundra and with 2019 Ram 2500 Diesel. Both were capable, but the Ram obviously towed this like there was nothing back there. Both of my trucks were short beds and I never had an issue maneuvering the camper in tight spaces. The turning point hitch is simple to hook up and turns/tows extremely well - loved it! Once you get to your spot, the auto-leveling system works brilliantly. Prior year models did not have this feature and it is a MUST!

It has been under cover since the day of purchase to protect it. It was cared for properly with Winterizing.

There are plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, coffee pot and more available if desired.

The chairs are awesome, with massage and heat. Also included and extremely enjoyable is a fireplace that gets warm and cozy quickly. We enjoyed nature when camping, but the TV was also a great addition for watching DVD movies or Netflix. Children will also surely enjoy the tv as well. We were also able to watch football games thru the internet.

The RV has 2 large slides which make for a great space to live in and the main bedroom is on the upper level for a little more privacy. The queen bed has a pad on there to make it even more comfortable. Great closets are a feature. I appreciated that the shower is larger than most 5th wheels I have been in.

There are two lighted awnings and outdoor speakers to make the perfect setting for enjoying nature. We also string outdoor lights that add a great ambience.

All the appropriate connections for water and electricty are with the camper. I will also include the little step ladder to make sure the connection to hitch is set properly. Chocks are also included.

I also have a separate hitch for sale if interested - $500. B&W. Best hitch I have ever used.
