Selling our Used-In Excellent Condition 2021 Grand Design Solitude 310GK-R. We have recently purchased a home after living full time in this RV for a year and a half (we purchased the RV new in 2020). It is very well taken care of and has lots of options mentioned below.

This is the perfect couples RV and is the right size for state and national parks. We do have a very well-behaved small dog that travelled with us.

There is a 3 inch suspension lift on the RV that was done by a reputable trailer shop so that the RV would ride level with our 2019 Ford F-450. They also beefed up the suspension and put cross bars to help with sway.
I have plumbed a 5 gal refillable water jug and pump to the ice maker in the fridge so that we used purified water to the ice maker instead of the campground water supply.
The frame of the RV has been painted with POR 15 – which is a rust preventing paint.
