Lightly used and female owned since new.. insulated and air conditioned cargo trailer used for state park/ KOA full hookup camping. Has sink with cold running water and twin bed and place to hide porta potty. Has microwave and single burner cooktop. No shower. I always used the park showers and bathrooms. Everything in the trailer can be easily removed if you’d rather rearrange and use as motorcycle or toy hauler. There has not been a single hole drilled in this trailer. Everything is held securely in place with bungees.  It has all the tie downs in floor and along both walls if needed. Back cargo door can be opened and used as a back deck or can open all the way for a ramp. Trailer has lift package and heavy duty axle and tires and would be a great beach camper. Super light weight aluminum (weight on title is 1500!) and I pull with no problem with my Tacoma. It will keep you cold in Texas summers and warm in the winter with just a tiny space heater. Is set up for dc lights inside also but I never bothered to buy a battery. Hookup is there. I just always connect to electric (30 amp) at the parks. Tongue has ample room to add large, toolbox, propane, or generator, if desired. His name is Texas Trailer Trash. I am having some health issues and can’t camp at this time. Needs a new home. Many accessories will come with the trailer such as water hoses, electrical, accessories, sewer hoses used to drain the sink into the park Sewer system, chocks, Pioneer Woman comforter and much more!
