Bought in Fall of 2021 and used as a temporary residence while in school, only towed a handful of times.

Large main living area.
The original tri-fold couch was replaced with a futon as the original was very uncomfortable.
No issues with the fridge, stove, oven, or microwave. Only cooked in a handful of times.
The dinette converts to a full-sized bed with storage under the benches.
Closed-off walk-through bathroom with walk-in shower. (larger than the traditional corner showers).
Closed-off bedroom with room for a queen mattress. We replaced it with a full-sized memory foam mattress. Storage under the bed.
Window valances have been removed and curtain rods installed on every window.
Pass through under storage.
Interior and exterior sound system.
Large exterior awning. Currently, the awning does not work as it needs a new motor.
The awning motor is the only thing in the RV that needs fixing. The unit is ready for your next camping trip or to live in full-time!
