medical issues have required our plans to change so we are no longer able to use this trailer. It is in great condition, has a Flex-Armor roof which requires no caulking and has a lifetime warranty, LazyBoy swivel rocker recliners, a Bidet toilet seat with heated seat, water, air dryer, nightlight etc. but you do not need to use it as the toilet functions completely normally with or without bidet use, cast iron range grill, 2 12 volt AGM batteries, sewer and freshwater hoses as well as spin-on sewer gate valve. All systems function correctly including fridge and freezer on both electric and propane, water heater on both as well, all tank levels read correctly, tank flusher works well. Has SnapPads on all jacks, awning and slide toppers all work correctly. This trailer is very comfortable. The dual pane windows and insulation package keeps it comfortable in heat or cold We have been in heat as high as 118* and as cold as 4* and never had a problem keeping it comfortable and dry and has an amazing amount of storage inside and out. ORV builds a great trailer. This trailer was one of the last pre-covid units built, purchased at Thompsons RV in February of 2020 shortly before the shutdown and has had no issues other than normal maintenance.
