What is really unique is the floorplan. French doors in the front of the cabin help create three distinct living areas for privacy.

 I worked the last two winters (Texas-2022, Florida-2023) and it was perfect. I used the kitchen table as my workspace and my wife could watch TV and work on crafts in the living room.
