It has been fun for us. We are getting older. But, it can be good for you. The awnings and air conditioning unit are new last summer. The generator had a new carburater and overhaul last fall. It has been good for my wife and I alone, or with our family. All appliances work. The bathroom doors have been replaced with curtains, which are much easier to use.

We have been RVers for years, but it is time for us to retire and let some other family enjoy this fun.

The price is negotiable, but not a lot.
