The swivel captain’s seats can be used with the pull out table in addition to a larger rear table with seating for five using the sofa and the side benches. The current configuration has the additional seat behind the passenger’s captain seat that’s equipped with a lap-shoulder belt. The sofa in the rear is equipped with two passenger lap-shoulder belt. This seating arrangement allows for five passengers to safely travel in the RV. A three shelf pantry which can be configured into an addition closet, can be installed simply by removing the additional third seat. When the third seat is in place, by using the optional folding mattress that is included and rotating the passenger captain seat a small bed is created. Detailed instructions on these and other operations on day to day living in the RV are in the owner’s manual that is still with the RV. The power sofa in the rear can be made into an 80” X 60” queen size bed. By lowering the power sofa a two twin bed configuration can also be created in utilizing the side benches. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity sink with storage cabinet, mirror, and a hand held shower. There is also a hot & cold faucet for an outdoor shower. Other standard features include two burner propane stove, microwave/convection oven, and a refrigerator with an upper freezer which works on 12 volt, propane, or 110 volt. A wall mounted thermostat controls a built in 110V heat pump/air conditioner and a built in propane cabin heater with a blower, under the counter propane water heater. The generator runs smoothly. The retractable awning covers a large area above the side door. There is ample storage inside the RV plus pullout storage compartments under the cabin and under the sofa. Other features include TV, DVD player, in dash AM/FM/CD with screen for the installed backup camera. When not on the open road the Roadtrek has always been stored indoors in a climate controlled space. Service records are available showing it has constantly been well maintained. Complete front break job including all parts was done at 97,000 miles.The 21 foot length makes the RV feel like you’re driving and parking a Van, not a RV. After years of enjoying the Roadtrek and making numerous memories our preferred style of travel has had to change.
