This was handed down as a remodel and driven from Maine to California without issue. New tires were placed in October of 2022, as well as new batteries ( engine and 2x 12volt under the stairs)installed spring of 2023. The interior bedroom walls, bed, and floor have been stripped down and closets have been removed. There was minor water damage over the bedroom slideout while sitting in Maine but the roof has been checked and the leak area fixed. Walls are in the process of being put back up brand new. The bathroom remodel has not been started. The kitchen area has started to be remodeled. The living space and dinette are removed. Both the driver and passenger seats will need to be replaced with the electrical needing to be rerun through the unit. The exhaust line has a section under the RV that has rusted through from sitting. RV does run and runs well. This has been a remodel project but due to injury, it must be let go. It is rough but a good solid base for anyone looking to remodel and have.
Tools are included that were being used for the remodel. There is an air compressor, a small shop vac, and various other tools and supplies. Being sold as is.
