For heavens sakedon't spend $20k more on a new one!

Absolutely gorgeous 2021 Desert Fox 24as. Very low use since purchase. Maybe 30 days in the Colorado Wilderness. We bought this so we could take our girls on riding trips in the West. Now that they are more grown, we would like to downsize to something smaller.

If you're looking at this, you know Northwood (Nash) has one of the best reputations for quality in the RV industry. Toy Haulers or other RV's from Grand Designs Keystone, Jaco, Winnebago, etc don't hold a candle to these. We've owned many different brands in our lifetime and this unit shines above them all, simply because every single time we'd go on a trip when we owned something else, something major would break. We've had this unit 2.5 years and roughly 30 days of use and the only thing that has "broken" was the radio head unit, which was covered under warranty due to a faulty mount. That's it! If you've owned a Jaco or similar in the past, this will be a completely different experience for you. The reason why this thing weighs so much is they use REAL wood for the cabinet, hard surface counter tops, a porcelain toilet, etc. It feels so sturdy and is very roomy for our 4 person family. We've had as much as 2 adults and 4 kids stay in it, with not problem.

Outside of that, it's stock. The generator has about 40hrs on it, with 2 synthetical oil changes since we bought it. I do it each Spring.

Here are some answers to FAQ's we get:
- with 1 adult male and 3 women, we have enough water for 4-5 days with "acceptable" shower usage
- even in freezing temps, the propane tanks can last 4-5 days in the Winter with plenty to spare
- the 10gal hot water heater never seems to run out when practicing reasonable water usage
- we can fit 4 dirt bikes, or 1 SXS in there with plenty of room to spare - it tows really nice with the included Blue OX leveling hitch
