2017 Arctic Fox 811 S for sale.

I have carpet on the floor, and the original flooring is pristine underneath; we felt it was warmer with carpet, and it is easy to swap out if you like. A WeBoost cell phone booster is installed with an antenna on top mounted to a Yakima rack crossbar. All awnings and exterior lights work, all window seals are intact, and there is no condensation, etc. I ran the AC about once a year to make sure it worked. Otherwise, we never used it; I prefer to open the windows and use the ceiling fans. There is a tear in one awning, and Carefree Industries (the manufacturer) can replace this for a few hundred dollars; this is accounted for in the price.As you can see in the photos, the batteries are in excellent condition, with one solar panel on the roof. The Onan generator runs nicely, and we have not used it often. A "real" queen-size mattress is installed vs. the thin and uncomfortable mattresses typical of campers. All appliances work fine, and I installed a new CO2 detector a year ago. One hinge on the stove cover is broken, I remove the cover when we use it so this is not an issue. I have installed a keyless entry system that comes with one keyless FOB. You can get additional FOBs from RV Lock's website if you desire. There are two sets of keys for everything on the camper, and I swapped out some of the more commonly used exterior hatch door locks to use the same key. I will include the Torklift FastGun and locks with the camper, which will work with whatever tie-downs you have on your truck. If you have a recent model Ford with a rear tailgate camera, I will include the pigtail so you can use the rear-mounted camera on the camper from the cab of your truck. If you have a different model of truck the camera will support whatever adapter you will need Chevy/GMC or Dodge. I have a new set of stainless steel StableLoads for sale if you are interested, they are still in the box.
We purchased a new truck camper, which is why we are selling this unit. It is located in Canon City, Colorado, one hour southwest of Colorado Springs. As you look around you will see I have this priced fairly and it is ready to go for the summer camping season.
