RV Description

Selling our local weekend warrior glamper, since the kids no longer want to go. This trailer is great for beginners, since I have everything you need to get started. It does have some wear, but still in very good condition. I did nudge a tree once with the awning, but that’s about it. Repacked the wheel bearing twice and put some better tires on it 2 years ago. Trailer always covered(comes with a $900+ custom ADCO Sunbrella cover) along wheel covers. Added a front bike carrier and an under spare tire storage. Still have the bumper tire rack if you want to put that back on. Also installed an anod rod on the water heater to avoid costly replacements, and always drained the tanks when in storage. Installed a canopy over the slide-out to protect the seals, along helping keeping it clean. Even have 2 sunblocker to install on the canopy to help you with those extra sunny days. Roof is still in good condition; sealing it like 2-3 times a year depending on use. The sealant are starting to show some wear, so I patched as needed. Waste and grey water tanks are both 32G, while fresh water tank is 48G. Have a Barker 4 wheel 32G tote to include. This trailer comes with the cold-weather climate kit, but I’ve never taken it to a very cold place. But it retains the heat very well and we seldom have to run the heater during quiet hours. The A/C is still working fine, we haven’t used it much; but it does struggle to cool the trailer when it’s 100F+. For that you need dual A/C and a 50A kit. In the master bedroom I installed another KeBloc mount so we could run two TV's at the same time. Same TV you hang on the outside(not included). You can find additional mounts here: https://www.kebloc.com/collections/kebloc-products Never used the oven, since we cooked mostly on the outside kitchen. Fridge works great still and the LP tanks are pretty much full…Installed a Dirt Devil central vac to ease cleaning. The outdoor fridge is just an electric one; something I thought I needed more than I really did. I have two sets of weight-distribution kit. 8K & 10k. Both included, if you have a F-150 you might not have to do much changes Trailer is stored at a RV site and if you need storage that slot is transferable. Currently costs $1200/year. Only serious buyers. No trades and no low-ballers. Just did a 45point inspection at Campingworlds. Supposedly getting 100% Good on it is pretty hard, even so with a 2016 Jayco trailer
