This is a like new, one owner, 9050 mile motorhome. Generator has 139 hours on the meter. We special ordered this motorhome from Winnebago new.  This Adventurer motorhome has always been kept in an air conditioned and heated RV garage at our home. Hasn't been sitting outside. I challenge you to look at this RV and compare it to newer ones. It’s a beauty. Full body paint special ordered from the Winnebago factory in Forest City Iowa. Never smoked in or cooked in. Appliances look like new. KING bed, BATH and 1/2 with the BIG shower stall that Winnebago offers. Washer and dryer.
Special order big BOOTH (diner) style dinner table with an additional leaf with two matching chairs so you can seat 6. Extra Leaf and 2 chairs store underneath in the RV basement inside covers supplied by Winnebago, not in your way if you don’t currently need them.
Direct TV factory installed satellite dish which we never used. Two TV's inside and an additional one on the outside under the big powered awning. Huge storage in RV basement under the slides on the outside. A hand held shower head on the drivers side exterior bay that works to spray off a dog or kids before they come inside. 
These Winnebago's have a drivers side door in addition to the standard right side exit door. This is a feature you don't often see.
Underside chassis is clean. Not an RV that has been trashed like many. We just do not use it enough to justify keeping it.
