2022 Grand Design Momentum 351-M (late 2022 model with east/west bed. This was the rig we selected and customized to be our fulltime home for the next 5 or more years (we have already full timed for a decade). But due to some unforeseen events we have to put full timing behind us. This rig has been excellently maintained by experienced RV’rs and customized to make working from the road comfortable. The garage has been converted into a dual desk office where the desk can detach from the mounts to become one large table, and a 4 drawer chest for added storage. The happy jack sofa/bed and table have been removed from the garage and are not included with the camper. The happy jack bed still functions as normal and has an upgraded mattress. The kitchen faucet has been swapped for a gold Kraus faucet with matching filtered water faucet (currently plummed to a Pristin Hydro filter system (filter system not included). Bedroom bathroom and kitchen drawer handles have been swapped for high-end gold handle pulls. The office, bedroom, and the half bath have been painted white, and all of the valences have been removed from the windows for an open modern feel. For connectivity, 2 cat-6 ethercon connectors have been added into the storage bay so you are Starlink and hardwire ISP ready. We will include the Wifi Ranger Spruce and the Pepwave Surf SoHo routers. (Surf SoHo is in place to allow the Lippert One Control to be accessed from anywhere, so you can control your lights and HVAC systems while away from the rig w/o having to pay for Lipperts expensive data plans). The bedroom has an upgraded queen size Scarsdale Luxary mattress from Mattress Insider, and a Splendide XCD2200 washer dryer combo. This is the vented model for superior drying time. And a major upgrade is the 8000# 8 leaf, leaf spring.
