REALLY SAD to see this go. Traveling has been such a big part of my life these last 3 years…at this time I’m selling my 5th wheel! 35ft 3120RL. I added the washer and dryer, have a water filtration system and water softener included. There’s 2 heated hoses and a regular hose along with a bin full of all the other necessities you may need. There’s a stabilizer with it too as you’ll need one for the washer and dryer if you plan to use it. I do this myself so I know all the ins and outs of the trailer.
