Modifications include: 2 side cameras added, tire pressure monitoring system, spare tire mounted on rear, micro air easy start on both air conditioners. Replaced mattress in the master bedroom

Features: solar panel on roof, wired for back up camera, residential refrigerator, central vacuum, hydraulic auto-leveling system and slides are hydraulic, 4 season camper with heating pads on all holding tanks.

Answers to questions are below:

I would say it is a 9 out 10.

No damage, with exception of spare tire was mounted underneath the RV and all of them have the problem of being mounted to far back and that is why it is mounted on back of RV.  But no damage to enclosed underside. 

No water damage from rain or dampness and I just removed the RV type of antifreeze and filled the water heater. 

We traveled the last four years and now don’t use it as much, besides I got a high school age child, needing to save money for college. 

It also has been stored in a covered storage area. 

I pulled it with a Ram 2500 Cummins engine then after about a year had the chance to upgrade to Ram 3500 DRW Cummins engine. 

Does not have air ride hitch. No backup camera, my wife was the camera. Only side cameras to change lanes and blind spot backing up. Wireless system and I always heard the rear camera wasn’t very good.  No heat pumps, just propane furnace,  we carried small electric heaters. Yes it does have solar panel on roof, I believe it’s 100w.  No awnings on slide out, but it has the mounting bracket on each slide for them to be attached. 

It’s a one owner. I bought it May 2020.
