Highlights: This coach is powered by a powerful diesel engine that effortlessly cruises the interstate at 70mph with a tow vehicle. Finding a fuel station that fits the 36’ rig is easy. Just pull into any truck stop. It is great for steep/long grades and is quieter than a gas engine under load. Because the chassis is a Ford Super Duty F550 (heavy duty truck), the engine does not intrude into the cockpit like many gas coaches which have a “dog house” cover that emits noise and heat. The rig is heavy enough not to be easily blown around on the interstate. It runs on new tires. A 7,500lb Blue Ox tow bar is included. The large rear pass-thru storage bins can hold bigger and longer items, and the total storage capacity means you can take all your camping gear. It has heavy duty 4-wheel ABS disc brakes and an electronic trailer brake controller integrated into the dash. The fully body paint is beautiful and keeps the coach looking like new. Dual air conditioners cool the coach on hot summer days, and the gas furnace will heat the unit quickly. It has a dual gas/electric water heater, and a power entry step. Its size is big enough for long road trips, easy to maneuver, and small enough to fit in many state parks. No accidents, non-smokers, no pets. Additional Features: It has a cabover entertainment center with 50" TV on a center swing arm, soundbar, DVD player, Dish TV receiver, and free-standing satellite antenna. It includes a reupholstered booth dinette, electrically adjustable leather sofa, and power patio awning. The one-touch automatic leveling system makes set-up quick and easy. The bedroom has a king size electrically adjustable bed, numerous drawers, and two roomy wardrobes. The kitchen features a residential refrigerator with ice maker supported by newer AGM house batteries during travel, a gas range and oven, 30” microwave, and a large solid surface countertop that makes meal prep easier. It has an upgraded radio with in-seat speakers and is wired for the installed back and side view cameras. Power steering and brakes, cruise control, power windows and locks, and adjustable high back seats in a roomy Super Duty cockpit make for pleasant driving. The opposing shower and restroom are roomy enough for comfort. An owner designed solar battery charging system keeps the coach batteries fully charged during storage when power is not available. One final note: Some potential buyers are hesitant about diesel because of the higher fuel cost, which is typically about 50 cents per gallon. We have traveled in all 50 states and averaged about 4,000 RV miles per year over. At this rate, we spent about $200 per year extra for fuel. We felt the extra power, quieter engine, and more spacious cockpit was worth it. Maintenance has been done by certified technicians. We love the coach and have added decorative touches, but recent health issues require a sale.
