Fifth wheel is in good condition,. It has fading and peeling on some of the decals on the outside. The inside is good condition. There is a new sleeper sofa, couple year old lazy boy recliners. And blackout shades on all windows. The bathroom shower had a couple small cracks that have been fixed. It has a residential refrigerator that's about four years old. It has about two years old awnings over the slide outs. Main awning is about three years old. Tires at in good condition. One air conditioner was replaced four years ago., the other air conditioner works fine!
