Powerful V-8 Gas Engine, mileage 108k, in solid shape. Generator works well. Newer black water tank and toilet. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Comes with 2-queen beds and 2-full beds, New Flat Screen TVs, Dish auto-tune installed rooftop, Shower is nice and warm. Fridge, microwave stove and AC/Heat all work well. Cold A/C, Has a brand new 40 inch TV,HUGE storage in rear. Tires are good. Large 12ft awning.
Could use a new exterior paint job (decals cracking) and new window gaskets due to shrinkage ( see last pics). . cosmetic items reflected in super low price.
