RV Description

Note: if you ask if it is available, or ask questions that are clearly addressed in the posting, we will not respond!

Because I know this post will get some attention from interested people who are far away (and it is just the right thing to do), I’m going to give you the real deal. We LOVE this van but are getting to an age where climbing over one another for the inevitable nighttime pee is a bummer. This is such a great van, we are planning to buy the same vintage in the Popular model (twin beds or king). Seats four. Title in hand.

Bad:

  • There was evidence prior mouse infestation (fortunately, there was no interior damage/evidence—it was limited to the areas between the frame and the interior finishes).
  • Some small fiberglass blemishes (photos).
  • We have screens for the awning side door windows, the side doors, and the rear doors—all need a bit of work (re-adhering Velcro, mostly)
  • There is one broken bracket for the awning above the side doors. Doesn’t impede use.
  • We removed the TV and cable hookups—not really our thing and figured we could watch on a laptop.
Good:
  • We are the second owners after purchasing from my late mother’s husband.
  • The interior looks almost brand new.
  • Kitchen (2-burner cooktop, fridge, sink), toilet, and interior/exterior shower.
  • Gray and black water tanks, two freshwater tanks.
  • We gutted everything (due to Bad #1) except the kitchen and bath—serious cleaning/disinfecting, added Thermax insulation, and reinstallation.
  • Reduced the A/V cabinet depth in back to open up dining/sleeping area.
  • New LED lights throughout.
  • New Surflow water pump—2022.
  • New AGM 12 v. battery with remote monitor.
  • New tires Michelin Agilis Cross Climate tires—2022
  • Roof “Fantastic Fan”.
  • 2021 Dometic 3-way refrigerator—works on AC, DC, and propane and does not seem to have the typical problems.
  • It has 68K miles on it with 405 hours on the gasoline powered generator (this is good as it shows it was regularly exercised) and it runs flawlessly. Shuts off when the gas is
