Purchased in February 2021 brand new. Used mainly while we transitioned homes and no longer require a trailer this size. Very spacious and comfortable trailer. 3 slide outs. 3 bunks in the “bunkhouse” which has its own door. Bunkhouse also has it’s own couch that can turn into a bed. Large kitchen area with spacious fridge and basin sink built into an island. Living area has a couch that can be turned into a bed as well with a 50” tv, sounds system, and electric fireplace. Dining table can also be turned into a bed. Bathroom has a toilet, shelves, cabinet, sink, and good sized shower. The master bedroom can fit a queen mattress, has plenty of storage, and it’s own TV. Exterior kitchen area/storage also has a TV, speakers, and small fridge. 30 amp system. Propane furnace. AC. Water Heater. Walkable roof. Wi-fi router. Included with purchase, if needed/wanted, is 100 feet of power cabling, 120V adapter, and surge protector. 75 foot heated water hose and several water supply hoses. Water filter, and PSI regulator. Black and grey water tubing and support system. Tire chalks. Leveling blocks.
