All systems are in excellent condition and the motorhome and 4,000 watt Cummins generator are started weekly, as well as have had oil changes. The hour meter on the generator only shows 10 hours. We have never used the RV boondocking in our time, and from the look of the generator the previous owners didn't either, it's just too clean. It comes with a factory installed rooftop solar panel and we have added a portable Zamp solar panel that can be moved on the ground during the day or if you are parked in the shade. The two 12 volt cabin batteries and inverter system seemed to keep up with our needs the few times we used it without shore power.

We have always stored it under cover while not traveling. It came with a full cover that will be included, along with tire covers. I have added tire pressure hoses to allow easy access to check the inside rear dualies, as well as fill them if needed. All tanks are tight and not leaking and have been cleaned and flushed after every use. The motorhome interior and refigerator also are clean and there are no bad odors, it is like new if not better.We are not looking for any RV trades.
