I am the original owner and have had an absolute blast as a full-timer in this RV. Now, its your turn to "live the life!" The RV is ready for any type of living and traveling. Since it was my home, I treated it as such by improving the quality the systems and furnishings. All the mechanical systems have been upgraded and/or replaced, including the A/C, on-demand hot water heater, water pump and composting toilet.

The interior has been updated and remodeled with wood floors, subway tile in the kitchen, and the living room ceiling replaced. A 42" HiSense Internet TV installed as well. The kitchen has a brand new, 2-way (electric and propane) refridgerator. The master bed has a custom made, queen mattress. The Captain and Co-Pilot seats have Austrailian sheepskin covers for comfort in both hot and cold weather. The window treatments have been replaced with Legacy Roller Shades from ShadePro. The main awning (ShadePro) is brand new and an additional awning was added to the living room window. A protection topper is on each of the slides. The awning also has 2 shade screens which are included. The external "kitchen" has been converted to additional storage space. She is not without her bumps and bruises. There are a few dings on the back corners and a dented back bumper but they are only cosmetic.

In addition, the RV is offered with a Honda 2000 generator and a Blue Ox
tow package, including the towbar for the vehicle. All water and sewer hoses, wheel chokes, solar panel suitcase, and electrical adapter to step up to 50 amp.

Gray water capacity ia 40/gal. The composting toilet removes the need for black water tank. There is a rear camera and Big Foot automatic leveling system. The propane tank holds 13.2/gal; however, it has been re-routed to accomodate 30 pound propane bottles, elimiating the need to move to refill.

The RV sits on a Ford E450 chassis with a V10, 305 HP Triton engine.
