Both purchased new in January 2019. Riverside White Water Retro 5th Wheel has new tires, awning, slide cover, and battery. Includes backup camera, vents, dishes, pot holders, Tire pressure monitor, 50 t0 30 amp converter, TV, hand made bed quilt, couch quilt, wheel covers, spare tire cover, and more. The f-250 has +/- 30,000 miles and includes 5th wheel hitch, storage box, step up on back of truck, toneau cover, and floor mats. Truck passed inspection September 2023. Riverside no longer makes the Retro 5th wheel.
Priced to sell as is. There is some wear and tear on the cushions. Slip covers made for dinette and couch cushions. An RV inspection in 2023 uncovred a manufacturer defect in the slide, which caused some water damage to the floor of the the slide. Work can be done to prevent further damge (about $600) or the slide floor can be repaced with marine plywood by the dealer (about $2000). We decided to leave the choice up to the future owners.
We loved this RV and enjoyed trips t Florida, Prince Edward Island, Shenandoah National Park, and Amish Country. We estimate that we put 10,000 miles on it with the original tires. We are looking to repalce it with a small Class A or C so we can use with grand children and wife can use with friend. Will definitely miss the Retro - so fun and roomy inside, even with two dogs and a cat!
