The floors are solid  with the original vinyl sheet flooring and carpet on top.The camper has many new parts including new tires and battery. I have installed 2 kayac racks and a way to take 2 bikes all included. it comes with a 30 amp cord with a home adapter and a used rv rug to help keep inside clean. We also have a cover for storing the camper included. Sorry no air conditioning or restroom inside however we do have a cabela's potty tent and very nice fold up Cabela's potty chair included in sale.
