Second owner of this great RV.
Routinely served at Leal’s RV in San Jose. It was serviced a few months to get it ready for sale. The slides were greased, new ventilation fans, K&N Air Filter was cleaned, confirmed there were no check engine codes, generator was serviced, and an oil change.

The front and rear shocks were replaced about 17 moths ago. There is a small ding/dent on the left side of the RV, right behind he passenger side door (see photo). Carpet were professionally cleaned about 6 months ago. Front seat covers have always been used.

Rear view back up camera and side view cameras that are activated with the turn signals.

The best feature about this RV is the self-leveling hydraulic jacks, the RV is leveled in minutes.

Full body paint keeps this RV looking new.

Stepping inside this Jamboree Sport 31M motor home by Fleetwood, you will be amazed at how every bit of space is used. To the left of the entrance is a L-shaped counter with a residential double kitchen sink/faucet, microwave, three burner gas range and gas oven. Just around the corner is a pantry, with a pullout counter extension. To the right of the entrance is a soft touch sofa. There is plenty of room for two people to relax or sleep with the cabover bed complete with a swing arm 32” LED TV and DVD Player. Behind the driver's seat is one slide out with a dinette and a two-way refrigerator/freezer. The dinette converts to a bed that sleeps two comfortably.

In the rear of the motorhome, you will find a bathroom with a porcelain toilet, linen cabinet with drawers, corner glass door shower and a sink. You can enter the bedroom from either the bathroom or the hallway. The bedroom offers a double door wardrobe closet with tons of drawer storage, a slide out queen bed, with nightstands on each side and two reading lights. The bedroom is complete with a 32” LED TV and DVD player.

Outside you will find plenty of storage along with a hot and cold shower. Complete with exterior entertainment radio.

This coach is powered by a 6.8L Ford Triton V10. 5- speed automatic transmission w/overdrive. Ford E450 chassis. Complete with Onan 4.0kW gas generator. Power windows, locks and side mirrors. In dash touch screen Bluetooth radio/CD player. Two front captain chairs with fold up/down side arm rests.

Registration paid and passed smog. Title in hand.
