In great condition!! Only used a few times and would like to give someone the chance to enjoy. Well maintained and clean interior & exterior. Roof was last resealed in 2021. A/C works great! Queen size bed in the bedroom, couch pulls out, and table can be converted to bed. Living area has couch and 2 chairs. Faucets on kitchen sink and bath shower replaced in 2021. Many cabinets throughout for great storage and storage under benches at dining table. Comes with a TV for living area and a TV in the bedroom. 2 entrance options, 1 into bedroom & 1 into living area. Large windows for plenty of sunlight. Has retractable awning to enjoy time outside. Small portable camping grill included. Very spacious with slide out.
