Everything works! No leaks. New tires (never been on the road), new slide out seals. Lived in for 5 years in RV resort in Las Vegas and never moved it from the spot we bought it. Upgraded barrel cabinets and bathroom sink. Toilet ball and pedal recently replaced. Double kitchen sink, gas oven/range is clean (we never used it). Window shades recently restrung. Furniture can stay or go (your choice). Queen size mattress in bedroom (can stay or go-your choice). Has 32 inch TV and will throw in a 50 inch TV if you want it. You will need to have the truck to haul it as we do not. Come take a look!
