Alliance All Access Avenue 26RD is an all weather fifth wheel RV. I lived in it for 5 months while moving from Colorado to Michigan. While in Colorado it was 14 degrees each morning and we had 7 inches of snow and I was very comfortable. I did need a space heater for the living space since it is very open.
I have upgraded the following:
-Back and side cameras
-Second air conditioner in the bedroom
-Denver Mattress medium thickness RV mattress
-Furrion On Demand hot water heater
-Remote keyless entry door locks
-Bathroom faucet was upgrade due to a leak (was covered under warranty)
There are 2 more years of warranty on the RV from Alliance. They are super easy to work with.
I also have a 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 HD diesel that tows the RV beautifully. It has a towing package on it. I would sell both if interested.
