Excellent Condition, Nearly New, Nick-named “Little Monster”

We bought this RV, sight unseen, for small family trips and Dad’s work. However, Dad is 6’5” and it’s too small for him. We all love it. It’s got everything: solar, microwave, a/c, generator, bike rack, stovetop, and more. But we’re going to have to buy something bigger. Our loss is your gain. The “Little Monster” as my sister named it, is perfect for 1-2 people for any kind of trip or even to live in. Maybe a college student? Writer on the road? Or a PI like my Dad?

Originally at $125k, we are selling for $87k plus any delivery cost. One of Dad’s employees learned all the technology and can explain it to any buyer. It was treated as a company vehicle so it got the best care during its short time with us. Alos, THOR’s 1-800 line is excellent. The first night out we got a “water tank overheating message” and it took THOR 2 minutes to explain how to address it. Since then we’ve read the manual and are very pleased with it. There is an app that is used to run various parts of this RV. Dad’s guy Jose can explain it.

We’re not looking to trade unless it’s a larger THOR RV in equally good shape (i.e. 10k miles or less). We never actually camped with it. So the toilet and shower have never been used. Jose recently emptied and refilled the water tank to 50% just for maintenance sake. Even for 6,000 miles, this baby is in excellent shape and someone is going to really enjoy our little monster!
