We bought this RV prior to the pandemic and really enjoyed exploring several national and state parks with it. We towed our Jeep behind and never had any problems going through mountainous terrain. We are a family of 5 - no pets, non-smoking. Our kids are grown up and we just don't have the time to use the RV anymore. When not in use, the RV is stored in a temperature controlled garage. Our hope is another family can make many more fun memories in this RV. If needed, we can include the bedding, kitchen items, outdoor tent, Blue Ox tow bar. The king mattress is new in the last year. We also have a mattress topper for the pull-out sofa which makes it much more comfortable. There is a small scrape on the side and one on the back from our many adventures (backing into campsites). There is also some water damage in the middle bathroom under the sink. Otherwise, the RV is in excellent condition and is very clean. The generator has barely been used.
