Larger tires and bearings repacked annually, new refrigerator (unused), new blinds, new entry stairs, memory foam mattress, catalytic gas line installed and heater is included, TV & stereo, A/C and furnace, 2 large propane tanks, awning, "furnished" with household items (bedding and kitchenware), has lived until 1/24 in Santa Fe, NM (in Monterey, CA now), thoroughly checked out by Airstream factory in Ohio last year when new items were installed. Solar panels for long term boondockiing are available also @ $800 (used once).
