Both deep cycle batteries, tinted door windows with blinds, seals around entry doors and storage doors, cover for A/C have been replaced in the last year.Tires have 75%-80% tread. 20x7 foot awning, Outside shower. A/C just serviced and runs cold, Heater runs hot. Refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave all run perfectly. Has a queen sleep number mattress. Original graphics were removed, outside of trailer was buffed out and new graphics applied Jan 2022. Graphics have a 5yr warranty which is transferable to the new owner. Just renewed the tags, good until 3-31-25. I am the original owner and have taken very good care of it. Have stored it in a covered storage when not in use to keep it out of the sun. Comes with a 10,000lb Equilizer hitch.
