This fifth wheel has been absolutely amazing to full time in! It has extremely low miles, less than 1,000. It is loaded with storage space. Everything works as it should and it has been meticulously well kept. We added a double desk In the rear of the coach which makes it great for remote work and removed the dinette which means there is room to put in a table/dinette or another couch that meets your needs. We had the unit fully inspected when we purchased it in September of 2023 and have the full report available. Updates include MicroAir WiFi/Bluetooth thermostat on main AC (you can control your heat and air from your phone even while you're away), RV Lock with two sets of keys, x2 40lbs LP tanks, RV Wilderness Mattress (Rv King) with upgraded struts, splendid washer and dryer, safe-t rail hand rail, and screen defender for screen door. It has a port on the roof for solar power if you want to add it. The underbelly is enclosed and tanks are heated which makes it perfect for all seasons. We will be sad to see her go as she has been our home for 7 months now and we absolutely love this trailer! Only reason we are selling is because we purchased a new home and will be downsizing our RV.
