2022 ERA 70A 4WD, 18,000 miles, all service done by Mercedes and up to date

We are selling our 2022 Sprinter 4WD by Winnebago. We have absolutely loved it, but growing family dictates a larger motorhome. It is been immaculately kept with no smoking, no pets, and no kids. There are no stains, rips, tears or smells. We have done lots of updates to it and everyone worth every penny spent. Some brief specs and updates:

This is a well put together coach with all the necessary modifications for extended trips. We have made some great trips in this coach and it still looks almost new. It is immaculately clean and ready for the next adventure. The Agile offroad suspension is amazing and the ride comfort and handling is 100% better than stock Mercedes. The tires show little wear and have no patches or plugs. The removal of the slide tray in the rear gives much more space, but it is included in the sale if you want it.
