Used very little as we were out of state as caregivers most of the time we owned this trailer. My wife and I have travelled all over the USA several times in trailers this size, but only used this particular trailer locally, Pine Mtn etc. With our experience we can say that this one is by far the most comfortable trailer we've owned. In the past I would not even look at a trailer that had a murphy bed, (even though I had never seen one), but with this experience I became a big proponent at least for this size trailers. It effetively gives you the space of a much larger trailer. and the bed takes only seconds to take down and/or put away. Updated mattress is included. This design has by far the best kitchen layout. A lot of counter space and storage. We are now older and looking to take a 2 year trip and are in the process of buying a 10 foot longer, but very similar Grand Design model. We never had any trouble with the Grand Design. All the normal, expected stuff . awning (electrical extend and retract), AC, 2 x 20lb propane, Roku tv, will include current weight distribution system (sway bars), with hitch, One thing great about this trailer is that it has the Arctic package with means it has a covered underside with heat ducts in the area of the water, grey, and black water tanks. It also has extra insulation. My previous trailers did not have this Arctic Package feature. Any future ones will. If you are looking for a trailer in this length you will love this trailer.
