38 ft. travel trailer w/2 slideouts, 20 ft. awning, fireplace, large refrigerator, dinette, king bed, extra large closet and smaller closet, washer and dryer, stereo with outside speaker system, and 2 rooftop air conditioners. Very few road miles. Tires like new. Excellent condition. We lived in the trailer for 10 months while waiting for our house to be built. Have not used it since. Still smells like new.
