Exceptional condition. Open floor plan. The Pocket doors are a plus, makes for more usable space. Brochure says sleeps 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). Rear bedroom,  U shaped dining space, double recliner. all window shades intact & function properly, all windows slide open and closed. No leaks. Kept under cover except while camping. 2 entry doors.  Stow away pet feeding bowls. Pet protection screen on door. No scratches. Electric Awning works great. Vinyl flooring throughout except the dining space. Surround cabinets for maximum storage. All cabinets were protected with shelf liners. no stains, no spills. 
Black tank new never used(we preferred to use  disposable liners) we were always near the rest areas at the parks never dry docked. 2 LP tanks with gauge. heated underbelly, built in floor vacuum, lots of inside storage space, pass thru outside storage. Still has that new smell.

Camper is a 30 amp, I’m including adapters for whatever camp site is available. 30 to 50 amp adapter and and 30 amp to 110 for keeping power on at home between trips. Hot water and fridge can work on gas or electricity. Used by myself and spouse only. 
Due to the open floor plan the 1 AC unit is more than enough to cool the entire living space. New  TV 50 inch,  built in dvd player and electric antenna switch behind tv. External stereo speakers. 
360 degree camera system for driver awareness,  mobile monitor doubles as added area security while you’re in camper at night.
