The trailer is in 10/10 mechanical condition and I would consider it 6/10 cosmetically. It’s a solid work horse ready to take you thousands of miles on your adventure. It comes unfurnished and ready for you to make it into exactly what you want. Brand new wheel bearings, brakes, leaf springs and leaf spring reinforcements cost ($6,000). Replaced all 6 hub assemblies about 40 miles ago. We were prepping for our second round around the US but changed plans before leaving.Carson tires which are a huge upgrade compared to what came with the trailer. Front frame reinforced and upgraded hardware added - these RV’s have an issue with the front frame separating from the body. This one is reinforced and should not have that problem again.Two solar panels that keep the 3 12v batteries charged at all times. Backup camera included
Maintenance - Generator oil changed with premium oil every 100 hours. Tanks cleaned regularly
Changes from factory - UV tint added to every single window - this significantly cuts down on heat.
Garage converted to room - happy jack removedWedge with carpet and padding added (can be easily removed)
Oven replaced with Ninja Foodie with standalone propane stovetop
Microwave removed and replaced with additional shelving
Storage added behind master bed to give a flat headboard. Fits a queen mattress with storage pockets on each side. Bed base extended to accommodate this - can be easily changed back to factory
USB outlets added in master bedroom and behind TV powered by the batteries

Tank level sensors work as they did when new (so they don’t work)

2018 F-350 Lariat
This truck tows like a dream. Brakes are awesome especially with help from the exhaust brake. It drives super smooth for a dually and pulls this trailer like it’s not even there.
