Excellent condition, all systems function properly. Currently have an Anderson hitch installed on the unit, and will sell with or without the hitch. This unit is an excellent floorplan for family trips with the 4 bunk beds in the front of the RV and a Queen sized master bedroom in the rear. Only about 200 miles on these tires purchased from Les Schwab last year. Some oxidization on the exterior paint from the sun, but should clean up nicely with a wax.

Power front landing gear and rear stabilzer jacks. Remote control for landing gear, rear stabilizers, and the two power slides (one in master bedroom, and one in the living room), and the power awning. Three TV's, DVD, and CD Player built in. Outdoor shower, fridge, and propane stove. Also a propane BBQ grill mounts to the rear of trailer and is piped from the front dual propane tanks. Battery is only a year old.
