It almost brand new, we lived in it for 8 months with our 2 kids and no pets. It has been in a covered shelter for a while and we are no longer needed it.
It is just under 42' from number to hitch but I pulled it with my half ton chevy without a stabilizer no problem. (I recommended a stabilizer or 3/4 ton)

It has storage compartments from the outside in and a small out side shower. 
Also a huge awning that runs above both the slide door and master bedroom door. 
It's in prestine condition and has alot of space/storage
Has NOT traveled over a 1000 miles
