Purchased at start of Covid - and parked about 1 hour from where purchased for almost the entire time owned. Very gently used - many upgrades! Excellent condition!!

Master sleeps 2, back toy-hauler area fitted with double queen bunks - so that area sleeps 4. The loft is comfy for 1, for a total of 7.

Top bunk and Master both have Casper brand mattresses and are very comfortable to sleep on! We did purchase 2 twin beds/mattresses to use in lieu of the bottom bunk, and if you'd like those are included in purchase.

JT Strong Arms have been installed and are excellent at reducing rocking. Both decks have been sealed in Raptor Sealant to provide extra protection against rain/moisture. We did opt for the 3rd air conditioner with heat pump so that is also included. Outside of camper has been ceramic coat sealed as well.

Parked in a very shaded area and been kept very clean.
