We purchased the RV from a couple in the Military based at Elgin Air Force Base. They purchased it from a lady that worked as an electrician doing shut down work. I do not have any records as they had none. The Rv is in very good condition. I replaced most of the lights inside with new led 5k “white “ lights. Nice and bright inside. I went through all systems including doing a deep clean of the black and grey water systems. Also deep cleaned air condition filters, deep cleaned refrigerator and entire Rv. We also had our local detailer wash from roof down and buffed and waxed all fiberglass. It has new batteries and generator only has 60hrs+/- and it runs very good. I don’t know if any problems with Rv. We purchased some land in Alabama and planned to use it as our base camp until we built a house. The first night there we met the neighbors and they had a 3br house for rent next to our property. We rented it and only spent the one weekend in Rv. We did a lot of deep work because we thought we would be using it regularly. The tires have been upgraded prior to our purchase and are high quality heavy duty with no dry rot problems.
