This is a beautiful 2008 Phaeton 40 QDH with only one owner and originally purchased through Sherman RV in Sherman, MS, in January of 2008 with no smoking, no pets (ever), and the coach was only used for travel. There has never been anyone living in this full time. It is fabulous! We have the clean and clear title in hand. My sellers are older and their “last ride” was to bring this coach to me. They are precious and have lovingly cared for and meticulously maintained the coach. 

This coach is located in Belmont MS, the town that is the home of the Tiffin paint plant. Belmont is located adjacent to Red Bay Alabama. Red Bay is where the manufacturer’s main plant is located.  The area is the center of all things to do with Tiffin. It is rare that you find a coach such as this one. I worked for the original servicing dealership that this coach was sold from. The technician who took care of this coach at the dealership is the one who has serviced it for its whole life. That technician is in business for himself now and referred the seller to me for help finding a buyer. I am located in a town that is now full of independent shops that are owned by people who used to be employees of Tiffin when this coach was built. It has only been serviced by Tiffin experts since it was born.

It does need tires. I have a quote for $3824 (Toyo) for mount, balance, scrap, and valve stems (if needed) and if you want to get your own tires then I’ll reduce the price by $3824.00
