Excellent family RV that has only been used for summer camping. Our family has grown up and we no longer use the RV. RV has been stored in a RV garage year around and in very good condition. Maintenance has been done annually and everything works in the RV. Tires are in good condition. Lots of outdoor compartment storage and generator is clean and good working condition. We installed self-leveling jacks and RV comes will all original equipment. Everything works including AC. Annual maintenance costs are low and we were paying about $650 every 6 months for insurance. RV get approximately 8-12 mpg but that can vary drastically if you do more mountain driving vs more flatland driving. Looking for $40,000 but will listen to all reasonable offers.
