Yes, ther is a reason that this is priced so low. It was involved in a flood situationon a river. Fresh water. There were 135 units on the lot and 15 of them did not get water in them as they were parked close to the building on higher ground. I bough all 15 that got no water inside them. No damge to the units at all.    The title is as the insurance company totalled all  units. It will come with a reconditioned title. Currently the title says "salvage-reconstructable-water"
