Like new unit. Not used in 2023 due to owner's health. The trailor has a murphy bed which is easy to get into on either side and a smaller bed for grandchildren. When the murphy bed is closed there is a couch for sitting. The refridgerator is electric/propane, There is a three burner propane stove and electric microwave. There is ample storage area. The bath has a toliet, sink and shower. The awning is electric and there is a propane grill for outdoor cooking. There are two propane tanks. It is truly in like new condition.
