The trailer is in excellent condition. We have stored it in a covered shed. It comes with a Jack-It two-bicycle rack. We have traveled with our bikes when using the trailer. It also has an Andersen "No Sway" Weight Distribution Hitch. It tows easily - we used our Kia Telluride and averaged 14-15 mpg. The small couch converts to a bed that would fit a child (grandchild). The size is very accommodating for 2 adults without being so large that towing, handling and setup are difficult. The trailer is fully equipped with leveling blocks, surge protector, 110v adapter, 30a power cord, water filter, fresh water and black water tank clean-out hoses, and cable TV connections. It also has a backup camera with monitor and a solar pre-wire. It is equipped with TV, radio, blue tooth speaker, microwave and range. The roof vent is remote and temperature controlled. Awning extends without any bars to bump your head on and retracts automatically when too windy. All manuals and documentation are supplied.
We have used it on trips totaling approximately 10,000 miles. There are no known problems with the camper. We spent a month last summer in Chama, NM and liked the area so much that we bought a house there. We decided that we did not need the trailer anymore to escape the Texas heat.
